Background and Professional Focus

Since his years of study and travel in India, Thailand and Israel, Daniel has focused his clinical work on Integrative Psychotherapy. He blends together elements of Cognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, Faith-Based Counseling, Mindfulness Training, Life Coaching and Spirituality.  Daniel’s treatment approach to therapy integrates cognition, physiology, and spirituality. Daniel loves helping folks find their path out from suffering to serenity.

Daniel started the Integrative Counseling Centers in 2018 to offer to the local community and beyond a high quality place for effective and innovative treatment for emotional and behavioral difficulties. A place where clients can receive cognitive therapy blended with the best of the holistic and alternative techniques and approaches.

Lauren Barrett

Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor

 

Background and Professional Focus

Lauren holds a degree in World Wisdom Traditions and Religious Studies from Naropa University where she specialized in Yoga History, Theory and Philosophy, 500 RYT. She continues to study Ayurveda Health and Wellness, with an emphasis on feminine form medicine and the essentials of merging ancient methods with modern day health.

Lauren loves helping others reclaim health and happiness through ancient wisdom and self care.

Viggy Lauer

Counseling Intern

 

Background and Professional Focus

Viggy Lauer is currently an intern at the Integrative Counseling Center and a teacher at Torah Day School of Phoenix. He is studying for his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University. Viggy is an engaging and effective listener who uses his caring and compassionate disposition to help his clients. He thrives on building and maintaining meaningful and substantive relationships, assisting clients in self discovery and development.
